21 Day Fix

The 21 Day Fix is a great program for those who are busy and always on the go.  The easy-to-follow meal guide that is included with this program {for no additional charge!} is a fantastic way to keep track of how much you’ve eaten by counting CONTAINERS instead of CALORIES! I don’t know who wouldn’t be elated to hear that. The containers are there to help portion out the amount of food you are “allowed” per day. This is calculated by a simple formula given in the meal planner guide.

The majority of my monthly Challengers have the 21 Day Fix or the 21 Day Fix Extreme. It’s a great program to kick your butt into gear and that push you need to dive all in!
